I’m the face of Oasis’s Love My Denim (Love my Dog) Campaign

If there are two things I love, it’s my toy poodle Snoop, and high street clothing brand Oasis, so I’m sure you can imagine my excitement when Oasis asked me to collaborate with them to help launch their denim campaign. As if shooting with my dog wasn’t the best treat ever anyway, the shoot date took place on Snoop’s first birthday! Now I get to keep this images forever and remember my boy when he was 1 (it’s just a shame I tried to trim his face myself before the shoot).

I’m obsessed with denim, and so it was a treat to model the 3 Denim Must-Haves as part of Oasis’ ‘Love my Denim (Love my dog) campaign, which goes live on their website tomorrow. I thought I would give you a sneak peek of the shoot and denim, because I always find it impossible to wait. So without further ado, these are 3 styles that are the key new fashion shapes for the season:

The Taylor Shirt

I am obsessed with the boxy rolled sleeves of this shirt as it gives off an instantly cool and laid back vibe. The material is really soft and the chambray shade works really well with the khaki pencil skirt and animal prints sandals in the photo. Because of my boobs I need to be careful not to make myself look bigger with fits like this so I would definitely wear it with a high-waisted skirt so show off my waist and legs, or alternatively with skinny jeans as I’m always a huge fan of double denim. I think it’s the Geordie in me forcing me back to my Byker Grove roots!

The Georgia Denim Dress

I love anything that is simple and easy to wear and this dress effortless with so much shape due to the the denim belt around the waist to show off those curves! I would wear this dress either with trainers and a hat or dress it up with wedges, and it would look equally as cool walking through the city as for a trip to the beach.

Emily Button Denim Skirt

My absolute favourite piece from the denim collection, this A-line An A-line buttoned denim mini skirt is a must-have and totally nails the 70’s trend too if you style it with a floaty white shirt or blouse. The skirt fits so nicely on the waist too. I like how it’s been styled with a cheque shirt as it’s a really classic look and I love seeing red with denim, but I personally would wear a top that is fitted around my waist (as always!).

The greatest thing about denim is it really is so versatile because it goes with pretty much anything, meaning anything denim is a great investment as you can wear it any season and in any way you want.

I hope you enjoyed this post - let me know if you’ll be purchasing some of the denim from my shoot.

The Love my Denim (love my dog) campaign launches tomorrow and if you want to get involved in the campaign on social media then use the hashtag #wagyourtail.

Until next time… x
