You may recall my recent trip of dreams to Disneyland Paris with AJ and Vogue (if you don’t then you can read all about it here). Well one of the most exciting part of the trip was preparing my Disney related wardrobe, which Charlotte and I started looking into 3 weeks before we left. I’m not sure what that says about us, but whatever.
Now I’m kinda embarrassed at how long it’s taken me to get this post out to you, so I am so sorry. One thing I have realised I am rather good at is putting things off and getting distracted when I get busy in other parts of my life, but I’ll save that for another post. What I will say though is if you’re reading this and you’re a blogger who is constantly on the move and always has a perfectly up to date blog, then I take my hat off to you. Or my Mickey Mouse ears in this case…
So with no further ado (wow, ado is a funny word, the more I look at it the more I’m questioning why I used it!), here is my Disneyland wardrobe. I hope you enjoy it as much as I loved finding it and putting it together!
Outfit 1
I’d like to name this outfit the pink princess, and I don’t care if that makes me the most basic of bi*ches because I still love this outfit! Plus the incredible dress is now in the sale - there’s one benefit of being slow to write my posts!
Dress: Tara Jarmon from Very Exclusive
Coat: House of Holland (sold out but similar here or here)
Sunglasses: Miu Miu
Girl bag: SkinnyDip (also available as a purse)
Minnie Mouse pumps: Vans
Tinkerbell necklace: Disney Couture
Outfit 2:
A little more of a tom boy outfit, and a chance to show of my killer abs clearly! Jeez! I didn’t know I had them a couple of months ago, they’re definitely not around anymore! Still I love this outfit as it’s laid back and shows you don’t need to go girly to embrace Disney. My favourite thing is the bomber jacket is reversible so you can have it blue or black - great for getting two outfits out of one! I also have to point out the insane Disney Couture jewellery!
Bomber jacket: Topshop
Jeans: Mink Pink but they’re super old, these and these are similar!
Winnie the Pooh Bracelet: Disney Couture
Mickey Mouse earrings: Disney Couture
Sunglasses: Miu Miu
Minnie Mouse pumps: Vans
Outfit 3:
My final outfit was heavily inspired by my Minnie Mouse jumper I got from the souvenir shop! You can’t go to Disneyland and not be tempted by something to take home right? I matched it with one of my favourite jackets from Franklin & Marshall, some skinny jeans and my favourite Disney hi-tops of all time!
Jacket: Franklin & Marshall
Jeans: Paige Denim
Ears: Truffle Shuffle
Disney High top trainers: Vans - I actually fond these ones on eBay but see similar here
Sunglasses: Ray Ban
Well there you go! My Disney-themed outfits. Which one is your favourite? There’s so many cool Vans x Disney shoes I wanted to show you them all, so browse through the images below if you’re interested in any of them!
If you’ve been to Disney and nailed it on the outfit front then I’d love to see pics! I’m heading back to Disneyland on the 23rd September to run their first ever half-marathon through the theme park. If you fancy it you can find out more details here.
