I decided I'd do a post about how to get fresh faced looking make-up. Why? Because sometimes you want to look like you're wearing no make-up, but still look radiant and glowing.
I know a lot of you have recently gone back to school, and I don't know how strict your school it, but when I was at school I would ALWAYS get in trouble for wearing too much make-up. Weirdly, I used to wear pink glittery eyeshadow! How gross! I'm sure you guys don't do yours THAT badly. But I thought I'd share with you my make-up free make-up routine so whether you're at school, or just fancy looking natural and fresh-faced for work or a day out then hopefully you can get some inspiration.

Method:
I used a primer to help reduce any redness and blotchiness on my skin. It also helps to reduce shine and to keep your make-up fresher for longer. My skin is quite good at the moment spot-wise so I used a BB cream instead of a foundation. Although even when my skin breaks out, I find foundation can make it worse but also clump around it - it depends how confident you feel. I covered up my sports and dark patches with concealer - Boi-ing is the best concealer I've come across in a while - and then put Lemon Aid on my eyelid all the way up to my eyebrows to get rid of any redness and visible redness. I then set all the make-up using the translucent powder. I used an eyeshadow brush to apply the powder to my eyelids, as my eyes tend to get oily and the make-up sticks in the creases. Next I put the illuminator on under my eyes to conceal my dark circles and in the corner of my eyes as the light makes your nose look thinner. Make sure you don't put the illuminator on before the powder or it will make it matte, and you want it to reflect the light. Next I brushed bronzer over my face, applied a very thin layer of eyeliner, brushed through my eyebrows, and applied mascara. My final step was to put lip balm on, I love this lip balm as it's lightly tinted and also tastes delicious!
